Policies
Below you will find the policies that govern Thread & Stone Witchery, previously known as Materia Magikeia.

Cancellation of an unprocessed order is subject to a $5.00 fee, or 110% of the payment processing charge assessed by our payment processor for your order, whichever is higher. Once your order is processed and a shipping label is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

Items labeled as "special orders" are not cancellable, as they are items we are ordering specifically for you. The only exception to this policy is if the order for your item has not yet been placed with our supplier.

Dates provided on items labeled as "pre-order" are estimates and not a guarantee of shipping date. All items purchased with a pre-order item will be shipped once the pre-order item is available.

If you have an existing order and would like to add an item to it, please contact us using the chat button available on every page of the shop. Additional shipping may be required, depending on the existing order and what you'd like added to it. Once a shipping label is generated for your order, we are unable to add additional items.
If you have placed two orders and would like them combined into one shipment, any shipping overage will be credited to you via gift card. Again, if a shipping label has been generated for one of the orders already, they cannot be combined.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns except in the case of a broken/damaged item. If an item in your order is damaged, you must contact us and provide a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of delivery. After this 3 day window we are unable to offer replacements or refund. Refund or replacement will be determined by Thread & Stone Witchery.
If we require return of the damaged item, a return label will be provided to you. Item must show as "accepted" by shipping carrier within 5 days of the label being sent to you to be eligible for refund/replacement.

If an item from your order is missing, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to have the missing item reshipped.

Domestic packages are insured. If a package sent to a US address is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate the insurance process. A replacement shipment (or refund only in the case of non-availability of replacement items) will be provided to you once you have completed the steps required by the insurance company to complete the insurance claim.
International packages are not sent with insurance unless requested, which will require a shipping quote prior to checkout. Uninsured packages cannot be replaced or refunded if lost in transit.

Thread & Stone Witchery reserves the right to refuse service. If you have been added to our refusal list, any order placed by you will be immediately cancelled and refunded.
